On Saturday, 11.08. we started our company  excursion to Hamburg with 84 colleagues.

After a extensive and delicious breakfast at the Hotel Bremer Tor, our journey continued with 2 buses to Hamburg.

At 11 o’clock it was called lets go. With the Victoria we sailed for 2 hours along the impressive sights of the Port of Hamburg. Meanwhile, our BARKU team strengthened for the rest of the day at the buffet. Against the thirst at sea, there was Hamburg beer on tap.

In the afternoon on land we went from the harbor over the Hans Albers place, the Davidwache to St. Pauli. A city tour followed. In time for the driveway at the Elbphilharmonie the short shower stopped and the sun was shining, to get a great view from the plaza to the jetties and harbor.

Before we started our journey back to Barnstorf, we took a break at the Elbe dike in Winsen to chat about the experiences of the day with coffee, cake and sandwiches.
