Injection molding

Our injection molding department currently has more than 70 injection molding machines with clamping forces of 200 to 11,000 kN.

A wide variety of thermoplastics (including ABS, ASA, PS, PP, PP TV, PP GF, PE, TPE and TPU, POM, PA 6 + PA 6.6 with and without GF or GK, PK and PVC) are molded millions of times into components of reproducible quality up to an injection weight of up to 9 kg.

Machines are available for the implementation of articles using the so-called 2- or 3-component technology (different colors or materials, e.g. hard-soft) as well as the insert process (inserting and overmolding metal components).
